Ordering
Orders may be placed by using our secure order form by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button located on each product detail page and then clicking 'Checkout Now' to proceed to the secure checkout page. Our shopping cart will detail all items ordered with cost, shipping and a final order total. Please be sure to pick either Washington State Resident or Other States in the tax section before clicking 'Checkout' to place your order. All items ordered from Washington State are subject to an 8.2% tax that will be added to the final order total. After the order is complete and submitted, you will be sent a confirmation email with all items ordered and final cost including shipping and taxes if applicable.You may also call (877) 287-3597 and speak to a sales representative to place your order. Before calling, please have the item #'s that you wish to order. Our sales representative can also offer guidance in your frame selections or custom frame specifications. We strive to complete all orders with the exact species pictured but we reserve the right to substitute butterflies of equal or greater value with the same color scheme that are not currently available from any of our suppliers.
Shipping
Most frames will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete prior to shipping and are shipped with package insurance. Shipping charges are approximate and may be higher or lower depending on destination. All of our butterfly and insect frames are hand-made with old-world craftmanship including selecting, cutting and staining the fine wood of your choice for each frame, custom cutting glass, and cafefully gluing each butterfly into the completed frame. The wait is worth it and you will see the care taken when your frame(s) arrive. We try to complete all orders in a timely fashion. Some single butterfly/insect displays or collection frames that include rarer butterflies/insects not normally carried in stock that need to be ordered may take longer to complete.
Returns
In the unlikely event your frame(s) arrive damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 5 business days after receiving your order, re-pack the frame(s), and send them back to us for replacement. We will re-imburse your credit card for the cost of return shipping. If you wish to return un-damaged frame(s) for any reason send them back to us and we will give you the choice of either a credit to your account or a full refund of the total price paid less shipping costs. If you choose a full refund, all frames are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. Due to the higher costs involved un-damaged custom frame(s) may only be returned for an account credit.
